These terms of service explain the conditions that apply when using the Skye Notary Services website or requesting services from Skye Notary Services.
By scheduling an appointment, requesting a quote, submitting information through this website, or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Services
Skye Notary Services provides professional services that may include mobile notary services, signing services, apostille processing assistance, field inspection services, and wedding officiant services.
Notary Services
Skye Notary Services provides notarial services in accordance with applicable Arizona notary laws and requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing acceptable identification and presenting documents that are ready for notarization.
A notary public does not select documents, prepare legal documents, determine which type of notarization a customer requires, or provide legal advice.
Skye Notary Services may decline or stop a notarization when the legal requirements for completing the notarization cannot be satisfied.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate information when requesting an appointment or quote.
Having required identification available at the appointment.
Ensuring documents are complete and ready for the appropriate service.
Confirming whether witnesses are required for their documents and arranging for witnesses when necessary unless otherwise agreed.
Providing accurate destination-country and document information for apostille requests.
Informing Skye Notary Services of special access requirements, facility restrictions, or other circumstances that may affect an appointment.
Customers should review documents and instructions provided by the organization requesting the documents before the appointment.
Appointments & Travel
Mobile appointments may be available throughout Tucson and surrounding areas.
Travel fees may apply based on location, distance, appointment type, time, or other circumstances. Any applicable travel charges will be communicated before the appointment whenever possible.
Arrival times may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, previous appointments, facility access, or other circumstances outside our control.
Fees & Payment
Service fees will be communicated before or during scheduling whenever possible.
Additional fees may apply for travel, additional signatures, document processing, shipping, government filing fees, expedited requests, additional services, or unusual appointment requirements.
Payment is due according to the terms provided when the service is scheduled or performed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments and prepaid services are subject to the Skye Notary Services Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Travel fees, services already performed, processing work already begun, and certain third-party or government fees may be nonrefundable.

Apostille & Document Processing
Skye Notary Services may assist with preparing qualifying documents for submission, coordinating notarization when required, and submitting or facilitating documents for apostille processing.
Apostilles for Arizona documents are issued by the appropriate government authority. Skye Notary Services does not issue apostilles.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the document, issuing authority, and country in which the document will be used.
Processing times provided by government agencies, shipping providers, or other third parties are outside the direct control of Skye Notary Services and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Government fees, shipping charges, courier charges, or other third-party expenses are nonrefundable once incurred.
Field Inspection Services
Field inspection services may include visual observations, photographs, occupancy or location verification, property documentation, or other services requested by the hiring company or client.
Field inspection services are limited to the scope agreed upon for the assignment.
A field inspection is not a professional home inspection, appraisal, engineering inspection, environmental inspection, legal determination, or guarantee regarding the condition or value of a property.
Wedding Officiant Services
Wedding officiant services are provided according to the ceremony and appointment arrangements agreed upon with the couple.
Couples are responsible for obtaining any required marriage license and complying with applicable marriage-license requirements.
Skye Notary Services does not guarantee the issuance or acceptance of a marriage license by a government agency.
Third-Party Services
Some services may involve government agencies, shipping companies, couriers, payment processors, online platforms, or other third parties.
Skye Notary Services is not responsible for delays, errors, interruptions, or decisions made by independent third parties that are outside our control.
No Legal Advice
Skye Notary Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and should not be considered legal advice.
If you have questions about the legal meaning, preparation, validity, or effect of a document, you should consult a qualified attorney or the organization requesting the document.
Service Availability
Skye Notary Services reserves the right to decline a service request when the requested service cannot lawfully or appropriately be completed, necessary information or identification is unavailable, safety concerns exist, or other circumstances make completion of the service impractical.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, prices, availability, procedures, processing times, third-party requirements, and government requirements may change.
Website information may be updated without prior notice.
Privacy
Use of this website is also subject to the Skye Notary Services Privacy Policy.
Information submitted through the contact form or other communication methods will be handled according to that policy.
Limitation of Responsibility
Skye Notary Services will use reasonable care in providing agreed services.
However, we cannot guarantee decisions or processing times of government agencies, financial institutions, title companies, document recipients, shipping companies, or other independent third parties.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, policies, technology, or applicable requirements.
